Young is our Member of the Month!
Young comes in the mornings and you will see her usually in the 7 am classes. She always comes in with a bright smile and really pushes herself in the classes. She has been some much fun to watch as she continuously gets better at moving, learning new movements, and getting stronger month to month. Every so often she shocks herself with the things that she can do or the weights she can lift and all because she isn’t afraid to try things out. We love having Young at the gym, members and coaches alike.

What were you doing before for fitness?
Used to do workout at the gym but i was off for 7months
What was your first workout? First reaction to your first workout?
(You mean first at Croga?)
Burpee, airbike
I almost threw up
What improvements have you seen in the way you look, feel and perform?
I can see my muscles on my body,
Got so much stronger

Go straight to drinking coffee and bread.

Eat more protein instead of rice

Strict pull ups

I do 100times more than i do by myself at gym

What words of advice do you have for new members or people considering joining Croga?
Just start! I regret hesitated starting crossfit for 1 year.
Im representing mid age of Asian woman can do it and change my body!!
