Gigi is our well deserved Member of the Month!
Gigi is our Member of the Month, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate her! From the moment Gigi chose Croga, we’ve watched her transform in incredible ways. When she first joined us, running 200 meters unbroken was a challenge, but now she’s powering through multiple 200-meter intervals with ease—and that’s just the start! We’ve also seen her progress from lifting the empty bar to crushing deadlifts and squats well over 100 pounds.
Beyond her physical achievements, Gigi is a true standout in our community. She’s always the first to greet newcomers, making them feel at home and comfortable. Whether it’s partnering with someone new or encouraging others, Gigi embodies the welcoming and supportive spirit that makes Croga such a special place.

When did you join Croga?
I believe I joined back in 2022.
What were you doing before for fitness?
I wasn’t doing any fitness activity before joining Croga. I was a twig that’s out of breathe if I attempt to run 50 meters lol.
What was your first workout? First reaction to your first workout?
First reaction- I thought you were all mad crazy! I kept thinking, why torture yourself to this extent?! (Which I personally enjoy now).
What improvements have you seen in the way you look, feel and perform?
Not only have I gained strength (I couldn’t even lift 5 lbs prior to joining), but my health has been way better! Things that even my Dr couldn’t fix, my blood labs are within normal after a year of joining Croga!
What days and times do you come to Croga?
Lately I’ve been coming Monday-Thursday either 5:30 or 6:30 pm
What’s your favorite WOD?
My face WOD is a good combination of strength training and cardio, one’s with not too fast intervals that I can feel sore with each movement.
What’s your least favorite WOD?
I hate cycling!!

What’s your favorite post-workout routine?
Fave post workout- staring at the mirror and hoping for miracle abs to appear.
What’s been your favorite culinary discovery since joining Croga?
Protein- protein- protein!
What’s your biggest fitness goal for this year?
My biggest goal is to strengthen my core and build my stamina.
What do you love about this type of fitness?
It’s different each time and it’s done with a class. It forces me to finish the workout with proper guidance from the coaches.
What words of advice do you have for new members or people considering joining Croga?
Just do it! Start slow and be consistent and your body will thank you later!
