Slept well last night, but only got 6 hours of sleep because of coaching late and having to go pick up the new car and then eat when I got home. Felt pretty sore in the legs this morning, but when I got moving during my warm up I was ok. Gonna do all the stretching and foam rolling with every class tonight to see if that’ll help.

This one was awesome too. I could definitely feel all the leg work from Monday during the deadlifts, but I never stopped moving fast. Time was 1:48. Video below:

You know I hate the rower, but I thought this was pretty good, especially after doing those other 2 workouts, even though they were short. I set a 2.8 second PR here, which is also nice to see. Video below:
