Slept good last night, 7.5 hours. Woke up late, so had to rush to the gym, didn’t get breakfast. Feeling better, but still not over the head cold. I took another 1 hour nap today, hopefully by tomorrow I’ll be recovered.
Competition Walkthrough – I did the Wall Ball & Double Under WOD because it’s only 6 minutes.
6 Minute Clock:
5 WB + 10 DU
10 WB + 20 DU
15 WB + 30 DU
20 WB + 40 DU
25 WB + 50 DU
30 WB + 60 DU
I completed 250 reps, which is through the round of 25 + 50 and then 25 of the 30 WBs. The first 4 rounds were unbroken. Round of 25 WBs I did 15-10 and the 50 DUs I did 10-21-19. Hit my foot, that’s why I stopped at 10, biceps were tired for the stop at rep 31, then finished. Did the last round 12-13 before the clock ran out.
UPDATE: I had only 1 guy show up to our 3:30 class, so I decided to work on my snatch while he did power cleans. I hit a 225 lb lift. Videos below
