Khoa is our well deserved Member of the Month!
If you’ve ever walked into a 7:00 AM or 3:30 PM class and been greeted with a big smile and a cheerful “hello,” chances are you’ve met our June Member of the Month — Khoa!
Since joining us in January 2024, Khoa has been a consistent source of positivity and energy in the gym. Whether it’s chatting with new members, cracking jokes between sets, or showing up for community events, Khoa brings a contagious vibe that makes Croga feel like home for everyone.
Over the past month, he’s really dialed in his consistency — hitting the gym about 4 times a week and diving into the lifting classes he loves most. And let’s not forget the numbers: this guy can back squat well over 300 lbs with some of the best mobility we’ve seen.
We’re stoked to have you as part of the Croga crew, Khoa. Keep showing up, lifting heavy, and spreading those good vibes — you make this place better!
Way to go, Khoa—you’ve earned it!

“The KHOA” WOD! What would it be?
Hmm I dont know how to write a good workout but I think something involving bear complex, i like to have bear complex in a workout in any form and finish it off with moderate kettlebell squats till failure, I would like this playlist to be played during the workout as well
My Playlist ( shuffle and play, every song is intentional)

What words of advice do you have for new members or people considering joining Croga?
Just show up and do what you can, scale the workouts to your capability, and lastly try to have fun when you are breathing your lungs out, and relish the fact that you’re able to do the workout and lastly, keep being active.
Anything to add that we didn’t touch on yet?
Special thanks to the coaches for helping me and guiding me, I would never be here this long if it weren’t for you guys and gals.
