We like to say that we’ve never heard someone say, “Man, I really wish I was weaker”, so, no matter what your level of experience is, this is a great class to help you get stronger.
POWERLIFTING CLASS STRUCTURE
Our Powerlifting class focuses on one upper body and one lower body strength piece each week with a specific warm up for each and additional accessory work for the muscles used in each lift as well.
The class is jam-packed full of movement and lifting, which means that you will not only get stronger, but you’ll be sweating and breathing pretty heavy for the full hour.
