This past weekend one of our morning warriors, Scott Stengaard, flew all the way to New Hampshire to compete in a Spartan Race with one of his best friends.
When Scott walked in our door about 2 months ago, he was looking for a way to train specifically for this race and we were more than happy to help.

The race consisted of just over 3 miles that were filled with 15+ obstacles, including rope climbs, army crawls under barbed wire, jumping over fire and A TON OF MUD!
This was the 3rd Spartan Race that Scott has completed and we’re hoping we can get a group together to join him for future races, hopefully closer to home. Let us know if you’re interested and we’ll get you in touch with him.
