Got more good sleep the night before and was feeling good in the morning minus my destroyed shin.
A. Deadlift @51×1 tempo – 6,6,6,6; rest 2min (heavy across)
These were solid, i did all sets at 315. They proved to be pretty darn difficult, especially on the grip. Videos below:
The good news here is that I PR’d by 30 seconds. The bad news is that my forearms blew up again and I couldn’t hold onto the bar, which slowed me down. My time this go around was 9:21. There is no video this time because I conveniently forgot to turn the camera on, so I’ll do my best to give you a rundown of how it went. Round 1 100% unbroken. Remaining rounds I broke the DLs & HPCs into 2 sets and did the S2O unbroken each time.
