Got a solid 8 hours of sleep on Fri night and felt good in the morning. Hands are finally healing up from the rips earlier in the week.
This was a good training session. My brain was wandering during the 6 minute rests, which I think brought down the ICE a little, but I got after it during each round of the triplet.
A. Deadlift – 5 reps on the min for 6min (315#)
Nothing really to report, these weren’t bad. We haven’t done a ton of heavy deadlifts lately, so these felt heavier than I expected, but I guess that’s going to happen here and there. Hopefully 315+ isn’t a problem when the open comes. I never struggled here, but for some reason I thought it’d feel lighter than it did. Video below:

10 Hang Squat Cleans @ 135#
10 STOH @ 135#
These were difficult, but I did all parts unbroken with rest between movements. Times were fairly consistent, but I could definitely feel some fatigue in my grip and legs. Times were 1:38-1:30-1:41-1:40-1:44. Videos below:
